My answers
1.Government in this year that have carried out elections on May 05, 2005 to occupy seats in the House of Commons led by Tony Blair as the first party, Michael Howard as the second party and Charles Kennedy as the third party. Then the next elections will be held on 03 June 2010.
2. I think "yes, they do" because as long as what I have got the informations that commonwealth established accociation for taxes "Cata" it is a Commonwealth organization of tax administrators. Cata, with 46 member countries, is now the largest organization of tax administrators in the world.
